Can I buy a Pool & Beach Access pass?
Pool and beach access passes are available to purchase in addition to your treatment at AWAKEN Spa.

Children aged 3 and under enjoy complimentary access.

Are the Spa and Fitness Centre accessible to non-hotel guests?
AWAKEN Spa is accessible to both in-house and external guests. The Fitness Centre is for the use of in-house guests only.
Can children use the Spa and Fitness facilities?
Between 9am and 2pm daily, guests aged 12 and above are welcome to enjoy select Spa treatments if accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian. All areas after 2pm are strictly for adults only.
Between 9am and 2pm daily, guests aged 12 to 15 years old can use the fitness centre if accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18+. Children under 12 are not permitted into the fitness centre, or Spa facilities.
Can I enjoy the Spa facilities?
Book any spa treatment and enjoy full complimentary access to our wellness facilities.
Prefer to drop in? The AWAKEN Retreat pass grants you everything you need to reset in style. Enjoy entry to the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, vitality pool, and relaxation lounge.

Can I enjoy the Spa facilities with my spouse or partner?
The AWAKEN Retreat facilities are separate for male and female guests so each gender can experience complete privacy. The Spa VIP Suite can be booked for couples' treatments, which may include a bath ritual. Alternatively, you can upgrade any treatment to be enjoyed together in the VIP Suite for a fee.
Does AWAKEN have a retail space?
Yes, the AWAKEN Boutique is located within the Spa and a retail section is also available at AWAKEN Fitness.
What brands are available to purchase at AWAKEN?
AWAKEN house branded frequency massage oils, meditation mists, sun protection and after sun care, sensorium body line and active wear are unique to AWAKEN at Atlantis Dubai. We have curated the very best skincare lines from Augustinus Bader, Dr. Burgener, Proverb, Aromatherapy Associates, Knesko, Salt & Crystal and Maison D'Asa to further enhance your wellness experience.
