A mandatory deposit of AED 500 per night is required at check-in for guests who would like to charge purchases and incidentals to their room.

Can we use the resort facilities if we arrive before check-in?
Yes, once you have checked in, the Front Office Reception will assist with luggage storage and provide a temporary identification card to access the beach, pool, Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost World Aquarium, from as early as 10am.


What's included in your Half Board Package?
The Half Board Package includes your hotel stay plus daily breakfast and dinner. Some restaurants included in the Half Board Package for dinner require a further supplement to be paid per person. There are few restaurants that are not included in Half Board.

We have separate smoking floors at Atlantis, The Palm. The smoking rooms can be requested in advance; however, rooms are strictly subject to availability.


Does Atlantis, The Palm cater for people with disabilities?
We have rooms with provisions and amenities for people with disabilities. At the time of booking rooms, the details must be shared for more specifications and to check availability. Available amenities and provisions include wheelchairs (requires a deposit of AED 1000), shower stools, toilet frames and physically challenged phones. These items are strictly subject to availability.


Are there tea and coffee-making facilities in the room?
We offer complimentary coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar, milk sachets and water kettles in all rooms.


Do you provide an iron and board in the rooms?
Yes, an iron and ironing board are provided in all the rooms at Atlantis, The Palm.


Do you provide refrigerators in the room?

We do not allow pets in the hotel or resort grounds.

Yes, in-house guests receive complimentary WiFi and non-residents can access complimentary WiFi by registering an account.


What’s the weather in Dubai like?
Dubai has a tropical desert climate, with mild winters (December – February) and warm spring and autumn days, with balmy days and very little rain. Summers (June – August) are extremely hot and humid, with an average high of around 41°C (106°F) and overnight lows around 30°C (86°F). The highest recorded temperature in Dubai is 52.1°C (126°F) in July 2002.


Do you have parking for hotel guests at Atlantis, The Palm?
Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for guests staying at the hotel.


Do you offer parking for non-hotel guests?
Guests visiting the hotel for the day can use the complimentary valet parking services upon spending and presenting a bill of AED 150 or above on hotel services. We also offer complimentary parking for day visitors at the P18 parking area. When driving up the Palm towards Atlantis, please take the first right at the roundabout before you reach the Atlantis, The Palm building. A shuttle bus will pick our guests from the branded bus hop-on/ hop-off area and drop them off at The Avenues entrance.


Do you provide transportation from and to the airport or port?
We provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off for all Suite guests from and to Dubai International Airport. Guests staying in a Guest Room may book a pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please email: reservations@atlantisthepalm.com or call +971 (04) 4261000.


How much is a taxi from Dubai Airport to Atlantis, The Palm?
A taxi from Dubai International Airport to Atlantis, The Palm takes about 40 – 60 minutes and costs approximately AED 120.

How much is a taxi from Abu Dhabi Airport to Atlantis, The Palm?
A taxi from Abu Dhabi International Airport to Atlantis, The Palm takes about 1 hour 20 minutes and costs approximately AED 200–300.


Do you offer a free shuttle bus to and from the airport?
Atlantis Transportation Services are available for a fee, subject to availability. To arrange transfers, please email: reservations@atlantisthepalm.com or call +971 (04) 4261000.


What's the dress code during Ramadan?
The dress code during the Holy Month of Ramadan depends on which restaurants you are dining in; however, it is recommended to dress conservatively during this time.


Are there any prayer rooms in Atlantis, The Palm?
We have two prayer rooms: one in the East Tower in The Avenues and one in the West Tower near AWAKEN Spa.


Can I visit Atlantis, The Palm if I’m not staying at the hotel?
Visitors are welcome to dine at our restaurants, book spa and salon services at AWAKEN Spa, visit Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost World Aquarium, and book diving, dolphin and sea lion interactions.

For day visitors who would like to visit an in-house guest, the in-house guest must register them at the main reception prior to the visit. Day visitors must be able to provide the in-house guest’s room number and full name to be let through by security. They are also required to present valid identification at the main reception. Lastly, in-house guest must collect the day visitors from the lobby and personally lead them up to their room.


Do you have a medical clinic or pharmacy in the hotel?
Our guest clinic is open from 9am – 10pm daily and have paramedic assistance available 24/7. The Marina Pharmacy is located in the West Tower, near AWAKEN Spa.


Do you provide hotel guests with towels for the beach and the pools?
Yes, we provide complimentary towels for all hotel guests. Towels can be collected from the cabanas at the pool, beach and Aquaventure Waterpark.


How do I check out?
Guests may either settle their bill a night before they check out or go directly to the front office by 12pm to settle their account.  


How can I arrange a late check-out?
You can request a late check-out at the time of booking, or request it on the day, however, it is strictly subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.


Can I still use the hotel facilities once I've checked out? 
Yes, there are many facilities that can be used on the day you check out. All guests are welcome to access Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost World Aquarium after 12pm. A pass is given at the Front Office at the time of check out. We also have the changing and shower facilities at the Aquaventure Waterpark from 10am until sunset. Guests with Imperial Club access may use the shower and changing facilities in the Imperial Club Hospitality Lounge after their check out on the same day.


How can I provide feedback on my stay?
Simply dial “0” from your room to contact Guest Services and share your feedback during your stay. After your stay, a survey email will be sent to email address provided. Guests can also send their feedback by emailing guestservices@atlantisdubai.com.


How can I get a copy of my bill?
A copy of your room bill will be provided during check-out. To request a copy of the bill after your departure, email atp-callcenter@atlantisdubai.com.

Which restaurants are suitable for families at Atlantis Dubai?
We have a range of family-friendly restaurants at Atlantis Dubai, including Wavehouse, En FuegoGordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, Street Pizza by Gordon Ramsay, and our buffet restaurants Saffron and Kaleidoscope. But also, Asia Republic, Shawafel, DXB Burger, Poseidon’s Café, The Shore, The Edge and all of Aquaventure Waterpark’s food outlets.


Which restaurants are suitable for couples at Atlantis Dubai?
For a romantic dining experience at Atlantis Dubai, we suggest award-winning Ossiano, with views of the Ambassador Lagoon, Nobu for Japanese-Peruvian cuisine in a sleek setting and stunning views of the Palm and Dubai Marina skyline, Hakkasan for contemporary Cantonese, or Ayamna for an authentic Lebanese meal.


Can I book brunch at Atlantis Dubai?
Atlantis Dubai offers a range of brunches every Friday, including Dubai’s biggest party brunch at Saffron, Fiesta Friday & party brunch extravaganza at En Fuego and a family-friendly brunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar.


Is there a minimum age policy at your restaurants?
Most of the restaurants at Atlantis Dubai are open to guests of all ages, but please note the following age policies apply.
Nobu, Seafire and Hakkasan: Family seating is available for children aged 4 years and above at 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm only. After 8:00 pm, children aged 10 and above are welcome.
En Fuego: Family seating is available between 5:00pm and 8:30pm.
Ossiano: For dinner, children aged 10 years and above are welcome. 
Saffron Brunch: 21 years and above only. ID is required upon entry.
Wavehouse: From 9:30pm onwards, only 21 years and above are allowed in the bar area.


What’s included in my Half Board Package?
The Half Board Package includes breakfast and dinner daily (excluding brunches and Aquaventure restaurants). Guests have a choice of a starter, main course, and dessert from the half-board menu. Restaurants and supplementary charges are subject to change without notice.


What’s included in my Full Board Package?

What's the smoking policy for Atlantis Dubai’s restaurants?
Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurants at Atlantis Dubai, however, guests are allowed to smoke at the bar and in the designated areas on the restaurant terraces.


Do you provide non-smoking areas?
The indoor dining areas of all restaurants at Atlantis Dubai are smoke-free zones.


Do you have a dress code in your restaurants?

Our restaurants cater to lactose intolerance. We recommend making a reservation and informing the restaurant of your dietary requirement beforehand.


Do you have vegan options?
Most of our restaurants offer a standalone vegan menu or vegan options within their menu. I’m afraid due to the nature of the cuisine, Ossiano can offer a vegetarian menu only.


Do you cater to people with a gluten intolerance?
Our restaurants cater to gluten intolerance. We recommend making a reservation and informing the restaurant of your dietary requirement beforehand.


How do I arrange a cake for a special occasion?
We offer a complimentary cake/dessert with a message of your choice in certain restaurants with at least 24 hours’ notice.


Can you assist me in arranging a special celebration?

Do you offer catering services?
We offer catering in our resort’s meeting rooms and event spaces and catering services for external events.


Can I get take away?
A takeaway option is available in Atlantis, The Palm’s casual restaurants. I’m afraid we are not able to offer takeaway within our signature and celebrity restaurants.


Are there restrictions during Ramadan? 
Please note the following general guidelines during Ramadan.
Restaurants and Aquaventure are usually not affected during Ramadan
In-room dining will be always available.

However, Ramadan’s restrictions cannot be guaranteed in advance as the regulations change on a yearly basis.


Are children allowed in your bars?
Please be informed that Bars do not allow guest under 21 years old. Children accompanied with adults are welcome in Plato’s.

How much are the dolphin and sea lion experiences?

What is the minimum age for a dolphin experience?
We offer dolphin and sea lion experiences for all ages and swimming abilities. Contact us to find your perfect programme. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult of 18 years old or above.


Do I receive any discounts as a hotel guest?
Yes, we offer preferential rates for all guests staying with us.


Are photos included?
Photos are available at an additional charge and can be bought at the end of your experience. The Dolphin and Sea Lion Meet & Greet programme includes one complimentary photo.


What's included in the price I pay?
The price includes your interactive dolphin/sea lion experience, FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark, same-day discounted admission rates to The Lost World Aquarium, a locker, towel, juices, and more, depending on the experience you choose.


Is there a dress code?
Wetsuits or vests are provided and required for the Dolphin Encounter. Wetsuits are provided and required for the Dolphin Swim, while lifejackets are optional. For Dolphin Kayak and Dolphin Paddle experiences, lifejackets are provided and necessary. Long wetsuits are provided and required for the Sea Lion Encounter experience. Please note that only Atlas Village wetsuits/vests will be permitted during the experience.


Do I have to be able to swim?
We offer dolphin and sea lion experiences for all ages and swimming abilities. Contact us to find your perfect programme.


If I book a dolphin or sea lion experience, am I allowed to use the hotel’s pools and beaches?
The hotel pool and beaches are exclusively for hotel guests. However, all our fun and educational dolphin and sea lion experiences include FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark and private Aquaventure Beach.


Do you provide parking?
If you are arriving by car, please park your vehicle at the Aquaventure Waterpark parking area. To reach the parking, turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel that leads to Atlantis, The Palm. From there, a shuttle will take you to the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, where your adventure begins! If you're staying with us at Atlantis, The Palm, kindly make your way to the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza or meet us directly at the Atlas Village reception.


Do you recommend/make Dolphin or Sea lion Experience bookings for guests with disabilities?
Atlas Village is committed to providing the best possible experience for People of Determination. Guests can contact us in advance for information on the accessibility of our activities and facilities depending on their individual needs. We offer a 50% discount on admission and select activities at the gate to those in possession of a disability card as well as their caregiver. Guests requiring assistance can contact a member of staff upon arrival, who will be able to assist.


Am I allowed to book an interaction if I'm pregnant?
If you are pregnant and are interested in experiencing a dolphin or sea lion programme, please consult your physician. Please inform the Reservation Agents once you are at Atlantis, The Palm of any medical conditions that could affect your participation. Pregnant guests are not permitted in the Dolphin Swim and Dolphin Encounter programmes.


Am I allowed take my camera in the water?
Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of our animals. You can purchase photos taken by our professional photographer.

Aquaventure

What is the price for adults and for children?
Access to Aquaventure Waterpark is complimentary for all guests staying at Atlantis, The Palm. For day visitors, ticket prices bought at Aquaventure Waterpark counter vary depending on the season. Prices can be found on AquaventureWorld.com.


What are the opening times for Aquaventure Waterpark?
Daily, from 10am until 6:30pm.


Is there a premium or VIP experience available at Aquaventure Waterpark?
There is a wide selection of premium seating and private luxury cabanas available that you can book for the day. The AquaXpress fast pass allows you to ride more and wait less.


Do you charge for lockers?
Small and large lockers are available for daily rental. You can get yours at the park entrance or at any Guest Services kiosk inside the park.


Do you charge for towels?
Yes, you can rent your large beach towel at the park entrance or at any Guest Services kiosk inside the park.


Do you provide parking?

Are we allowed to bring our own food and drink?
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark. Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.

What's the minimum age to access the waterpark alone? If unaccompanied by an adult, children must be at least 13 years old to enter Aquaventure Waterpark. To ensure the safety of our guests, access to certain rides is restricted to those over 1.2m. All people over 1.2m are required to purchase an adult ticket.


If I book tickets to the waterpark, does this include access to The Lost World Aquarium?
All stays at Atlantis, The Palm include complimentary access to the waterpark and The Lost World Aquarium. For day visitors, you can purchase the Aquaventure + Aquarium Day Pass at the Ticketing counter which includes The Lost World Aquarium access. If you already purchased your waterpark ticket, you can purchase an aquarium add-on for only AED 55.


What's the dress policy?

  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny access to any guest in inappropriate swimwear.
  • Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini
  • Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate


Are we allowed to bring buggies into the waterpark?
Yes, baby strollers/prams are allowed.


Do you cater for people with disabilities?
Aquaventure Waterpark is committed to providing the best possible experience for People of Determination. Guests can contact us in advance for information on the accessibility of our activities and facilities depending on their individual needs. We offer complimentary admission at the gate to those with a disability card and their caregiver. Additionally, up to two accompanying guests can receive a 50% discount on admission and the AquaXpress upgrade, including the People of Determination and their caregiver. Guests requiring assistance can contact a staff member upon arrival, who will be able to assist.


Am I allowed to visit the waterpark if I'm pregnant?
Pregnant women are allowed into the waterpark, however many of the slides are not recommended for pregnant guests. Please consult your Physician prior to using any of the attractions in Aquaventure Waterpark.


Am I allowed to use my camera and selfie stick on the waterslides?
Selfie Sticks, Handheld Go Pro’s, and/or other action cameras are not allowed on any slides. Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides.

What Is The Lost World Aquarium?
The Lost World Aquarium features 21 different marine exhibits and is home to over 65,000 incredible marine animals across more than 250 species.


How much does it cost?
Access to the Lost World Aquarium is included in your stay as an Atlantis, The Palm guest. Day-visitors can purchase tickets on the website here or at The Lost World Aquarium Ticketing Plaza directly.


What are the opening times?
Daily, 10.00am – 9.00pm. Opening times can change due to seasonality.


How long is the experience?
The Lost World Aquarium is a free-roaming experience. You may stay inside as long as you would like. The aquarium closes at 9:00pm.


Do you provide parking?
The Lost World Aquarium is located in The Avenues in Atlantis, The Palm. Complimentary valet parking is available at The Avenues (based on availability).


Do you cater for people with disabilities?
The Lost World Aquarium is committed to providing the best possible experience for People of Determination. Guests can contact us in advance for information on the accessibility of our activities and facilities depending on their individual needs. Can I dive or snorkel in the aquarium?
The Lost World Aquarium offers a wide range of thrilling underwater adventures, including aquarium scuba diving, snorkelling, and walking underwater with Aquatrek and Shark Safari.


Do I have to be a certified diver to experience the aquarium programmes?
No, there are plenty of experiences for non-certified divers. The Dive Discovery experience is perfect for non-certified divers aged 10 and above. You can scuba among thousands of marine species, including local sharks, various species of swooping rays and hundreds of other incredible marine species.


Are there experiences for certified divers?
This brave quest for voyagers aged 10 and above is the ultimate way to get breathtakingly close to our sharks and rays. Hand-feed the legends of the deep in an aquarium famed for its amazing depth and marine diversity.


Do you offer PADI courses?

Atlantis Explorers Club is open to hotel guests, and is a high energy, supervised activity program for children aged 4 – 12 based on themes of Play, Create, Explore & Marine Education.


What are the hours of operation?
Atlantis Explorers Club is open daily from 1:00pm – 10:00pm and offers three different adventures for children.

  • Afternoon Adventures: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Evening Adventures: 6:00pm – 10:00pm


What are the fees for each child?

Guests staying in the hotel can use their Explorers Club benefits as shown below:

Guest rooms get 1 session per stay.

  • Imperial Club Rooms get 1 session per day
  • Suites & Signature Suites receive 2 sessions per day
  • Any additional session is chargeable

Rate Per Additional Session: AED 160 per child, per session

  • Afternoon Adventures – AED 160 per child
  • Evening Adventures – AED 160 per child


What activities do you provide?
Atlantis Explorers Club offers children aged 4 – 12 a daily supervised activity programme with a focus on adventure, creativity, exploration & marine education. Children are inspired to unleash their imagination to become a pirate, a marine biologist or even an Olympic champion! They can experience the Command Centre with a wide range of video games, watch a movie in the underwater theatre, play a variety of activities or create craft masterpieces.


What is the Meet The Experts Programme (Marine Education)?
These are specialised activities designed in collaboration with other amazing departments, that are not only educational, but also fun and exciting. The Little Explorers get a chance to meet our Marine Educators who teach them about the marine animals around our incredible resort. Pre-bookings are required for Marine Education.


Do I need to book the Atlantis Explorers Club?
Atlantis Explorers Club has a maximum capacity, so booking in advance is always advised. Note that if guests haven’t arrived 30 minutes after the booked session it will be opened to our waiting list.


What's the age limit for Explorers Club?
Atlantis Explorers Club is designed for children ages 4  – 12 (proof of age is required on the initial visit).


My child is almost 4 years old; can they still attend Atlantis Explorers Club?
Children less than 4 years old would need to be with one of our trained babysitters for one-to-one care (Babysitting fees and Explorers Club admission fees apply – and this is subject to availability of the babysitter).


My child is still in diapers, are they able to attend Atlantis Explorers Club?
Children in diapers are more than welcome to attend Explorers Club; however they will need to be assisted by one of our trained babysitters (babysitting fees and Explorers Club admission fees apply – and this is subject to availability of the babysitter).


Is Lunch provided?
Meals are unfortunately not provided, so children will need to have eaten breakfast, lunch or dinner prior. We ensure that regular water breaks take place throughout the day.


Do you provide snacks for children who are in the Atlantis Explorers Club?
We recommend children have a full meal before coming to the Explorers Club as no food or snacks are served, however water is available anytime.


If I'm a hotel guest, do I have to pay extra?
Hotel guests get access to the Atlantis Explorers Club for children aged 4 – 12 or The Zone for teens aged 13-17.


Is the Parent or personal Nanny allowed to accompany the children inside the Explorers Club?
Atlantis Explorers Club is an adult-free zone, due to our strict child safety and security policy parents and nannies will not be permitted in the facility. If you require one-to-one supervision during the activities, you can book one of our trained babysitters to accompany your child. Please contact Explorers Club directly if there are special considerations for your child.

Explorers Club does welcome parents for a tour of the facility daily from 5.00pm – 5:30pm.


Are tours given at Atlantis Explorers Club?
Parents can visit the Explorers Club for a guided tour daily between 5.00pm – 5:30pm.


What alternative activities can my child (under 4 years) do with me around the resort?
Atlantis, The Palm offers children numerous fun activities across the resort. From, fun play at Splashers Lagoon and Splashers Cove in Aquaventure Waterpark, to the Little Atlantis playground complete with slides and a merry-go-round along the beach behind Bread Street Kitchen, all the way to the Little Pirates playground by the Family Pool. There is also an option of dropping your children off at Atlantis Explorers Club if accompanied by a babysitter provided by the Explorers Club which you can book via thepalm.explorers@atlantisdubai.com.


Do you offer babysitting services?
We provide babysitting services for hotel guests within the resort property. All bookings are required with a minimum 24 hours’ advance notice. You can contact Atlantis babysitting at thepalm.explorers@atlantisdubai.com for more information about pricing, ratios and our terms and conditions.


Can I book a party in Explorers Club?
We provide birthday party services. All bookings are required with a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice. As per the “No Adults, Kids Only” policy, age group limits will be strictly enforced according to the club’s specifications (4 - 12 year olds). Each participating child should carry a valid ID for proof of age (passport or Emirates ID). For bookings please contact the Atlantis Explorers Events team: thepalm.explorers@atlantisdubai.com.


Can adults go inside the Explorers Club during a birthday party?
A maximum of two adults accompanying the birthday child are permitted to access the event and will be restricted to the movie area only. All other adults are not permitted in the venue except for the last 30 minutes during the cake cutting.


What is The Zone?
The Zone is a hangout zone for teenagers aged 13 – 17.


What activities do you offer?
The Zone offers access to iMac computers, video games, a movie lounge, DJ booth and a dance floor. Teens also get the chance to go for amazing outdoor activities such as beach football.


When is The Zone open?
The Zone is open daily from 1:00pm – 10:00pm.

  • Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Evening Session: 6:00pm – 10:00pm


What is age policy?
We’re open to teenagers aged 13 – 17.


Can parents join?
The Zone is an adult-free zone.

Do you serve drinks and snacks?
Water is available any time, however snacks are currently not available for purchase. No food or drink is to be brought into the Atlantis Explorers Club or The Zone.


Can I book a party at The Zone?
Our birthday parties are only for 4 – 12-year-olds. Should you wish to book The Zone, an “Exclusive Use Fee” will be applicable. The full fee is payable upfront upon booking the event and will be considered as the deposit on the invoice. The “Exclusive Use Fee” is non-refundable in case of cancellation within one week prior to the event. The “Exclusive Use Fee” can only be paid via card (cash is not accepted). Kindly note that decorations are not provided for this venue.

Spa

What time does the spa and the fitness center open?
AWAKEN Spa is open from 9:00am – 9:00 pm and the Fitness Center is open from 6:00am – 9:00pm.


Is the spa and fitness center access complimentary for in-house guests?
The Fitness Centre is available to all guests. Only people paying for spa treatments can access the spa facilities.

Pools and beaches

Which water sports activities do you offer?
We offer non-motorized water sports including kayaking and stand up paddle-boarding. We also offer boat tours. For bookings, email concierge@atlantisthepalm.com or visit our Concierge Desk in the Grand Lobby.


What are the pool and beach timings?
Our pools are open 8am – sunset.


Do you have lifeguards supervising your pools and beaches?
Lifeguards are present for our guest’s safety. Guests are requested to follow the safety instructions of the lifeguards at all times; otherwise they may risk injury to themselves or others.

Retail and other

Do you have a pharmacy at the resort?
Yes, Marina Pharmacy in the West Tower of the resort. We also have a guest clinic, open from 9am – 10pm. Paramedic Assistance is available 24/7.


Do you have a souvenir shop?
Yes, we have several souvenir shops in the Avenues and kiosks in Aquaventure Waterpark.


Do you have a swimwear shop?
Yes, you can buy swimwear at several retails stores at The Avenues.


How much are the Palm Monorail tickets for?
A single trip ticket price starts from AED 10 and the round-trip ticket starts from AED 15.

What are the Palm Monorail timings?
The monorail runs from 9am until 10pm, daily.
