Do I need to reserve restaurants in advance?
Yes, advance restaurant reservations are highly recommended to secure preferred dining times and venues, particularly during peak periods.
Can I upgrade the Half Board package to Full Board?
Yes, package upgrades can be requested during booking, pre-arrival or upon check-in, subject to availability and applicable supplement charges.
Can I swap dinner for lunch in the Half Board package?
No, dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch as part of the Half Board Package.
What happens if I don’t use my Half Board meal?
If Half Board Package meals are not redeemed during the stay, the value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Terms & conditions
- All room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Dubai Municipality Fee and 5% Value Added Tax
- A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is applicable and will be collected upon check-out
- All Signature Suites have a 100% deposit policy at the time of booking
- In case of cancellation for Signature Suites, deposit paid is non-refundable
- Further blackout dates and minimum length stay may apply
- Half-board must be booked for the entire stay. Valid from the day of arrival
- Must be booked in conjunction with a room
- All guests in the room must be on the same meal plan
- Rates calculated on 2 adults and 2 children less than 12 years sharing the same room
- The Half board meal room key card cannot be used for beverages at all outlets, brunches or any other special occasion that may occur
- The Half board meal room key card should be presented per guest dining
- It is highly recommended to make restaurant reservations prior to arrival to avoid disappointment over unavailability of restaurant choice
- Half board meal room key card is not redeemable for cash
- Atlantis reserves the right to withdraw the offer with 48 hours’ notice
