Aquaventure Waterpark

• Aquaventure Waterpark ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable
• Complimentary admission to Aquaventure Waterpark is available to Atlantis resort guests for every night’s stay
• Aquaventure Waterpark is a water facility. Please enter all pools and attractions feet first for your safety. Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Aquaventure Waterpark
• Lifejackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance
• Lifejackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 metres (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages
• For the enjoyment of all guests, queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason. For those looking to skip the queues, we recommend purchasing an AquaXpress fast pass for the day
• Trident Tower: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride
• Vortex and Immortal Falls: Recommended for strong swimmers only
• Tower of Neptune: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride
• Tower of Poseidon: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride Poseidon’s Revenge and Slitherine. For Zoomerango and Aquaconda, riders must be a minimum of 1.07 metres (42’’). Children from 1.07 metres (42’’) to 1.2 metres (48’’) are required to be accompanied by an adult
• Selfie Sticks, Handheld Go Pro, and/or other action cameras are not allowed on any slides
• Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide
• Shoes and Aqua Socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on the slides
• To avoid injury to yourself and others please always walk and do not run
• Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark
• The lifeguard staff is present for your safety, please follow the safety instructions of the lifeguard staff at all times or risk injury to yourself or others. Improper conduct, unruly behaviour and horseplay are not permitted and will result in your removal from the attraction and/or property
• Children under 1.2 metres (48”) should be always supervised by a responsible adult. Lifeguards are present for the safety of all guests but there is no substitute for the constant supervision of your children and others you are responsible for
• Eyeglasses and jewellery should be removed before riding. Aquaventure Waterpark is not responsible for lost items, staff are not permitted to hold personal property. Please use the lockers to store your belongings
• Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are body active, participatory activities. You should be a strong swimmer to participate. As with any such activity, there are risks of injury. Overturning and/or collisions are possible while riding. Grasp the tube handles firmly and be careful to avoid other riders. Please observe each attraction in advance and decide if it is safe to participate. You are the best judge of your and those under your supervision’s abilities and limitations. Aquaventure Waterpark cannot be responsible for injuries or accidents
• Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny any guest in inappropriate swimwear
• Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini
• Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate
• We request that Aquaventure Waterpark guests observe and respect cultural sensitivities which relate to this part of the world
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
• Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items
• Shark Safari experience includes FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark
• All our fun and educational dolphin experiences include FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark
• Use of the Surf’s Up wave rider is included in the Aquaventure Waterpark ticket price
• Private Cabanas and Premium Seating: guests can relax and unwind in a selection of private cabanas (family, medium, large, and extra-large cabanas). Premium seating is also available throughout the waterpark offering complimentary amenities
• The management of Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to restrict some of the attractions or to amend the operational hours without any prior notice, for example, due to adverse weather conditions or any required maintenance
• The management of Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to interpret these guidelines based on the unique circumstances of any given situation. Further, any issues not specifically referenced by these guidelines will be handled in the best interests of all affected parties
• Aquaventure Waterpark is committed to providing the best possible experience for People of Determination. Aquaventure Day Pass + Dolphin Encounter

• Dolphin Encounter experience must be confirmed upon arrival at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza and redeemed the same day as your Aquaventure Waterpark admission
• Participants of the Dolphin Encounter must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and then at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• The maximum number per pod is 10 participants
• This experience is for all ages and swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access
• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Encounter however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

Lost World Aquarium

• Guests under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult for the Lost World Aquarium admission
• Child price applies to guests between 3 and 7 years old
• Adult price applies to guests 8 years old and above
• Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access
• In our Marine Animal Experiences, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to Dive staff before the programme
• Atlantis Day Visitors must purchase an admission ticket to the Lost World Aquarium to participate in the Fish Tales Tour
• Fish Tales Tour guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult

• For the safety of our animals, all jewellery and accessories (including hair accessories) have to be removed before entering the water
• For all dolphin experiences, a maximum of 2 children under 12 per adult are accepted
• All our fun and educational dolphin experiences include FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark and same-day discounted admission rates to The Lost World Aquarium
• Filming or taking video of any kind is not permitted at Atlas Village
• Guests with cameras are not allowed in the water or at the animal habitat at any time

• The maximum number per experience is 15 participants
• This experience is for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access
• One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience

Dolphin Encounter

• Participants of the Dolphin Encounter must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• The maximum number per pod is 10 participants

Dolphin Swim

• Participants of the Dolphin Swim experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• This experience is for confident swimmers aged 8 and above. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• The maximum number per pod is 8 participants
• Guests participating in the Dolphin Swim experience must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience
• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Swim experience however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

Dolphin Kayak

• Participants of the Dolphin Kayak must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• The maximum number per timing is 6 participants
• This experience is for ages 8 and above and all swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Kayak however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

Dolphin Paddle

• Participants of the Dolphin Paddle must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• The maximum number per timing is 6 participants
• This experience is for ages 12 and above and all swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Paddle however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

Dolphin Sunrise (For in-house guests only)

• Participants of the Dolphin Sunrise experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Pick-up from Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza or The Royal Ticketing Plaza will be 15 minutes before the experience start time
• If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
• This experience is for participants all ages
• The maximum number is 15 participants
• Photos are not included in the experience however you are permitted to take photos from the dry beach area

Dolphin Encounter Add-on

• The Dolphin Encounter experience must take place on the same day as your visit to Aquaventure Waterpark
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• You can either lock in your preferred timeslot in advance by calling the Aquaventure World Call Centre at 04 426 0000 or visit the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza upon arrival
• If you do not use your Dolphin Encounter experience on the day of your Aquaventure Waterpark visit, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded
• Please take careful note of the age, pregnancy, and swimming ability restrictions before booking

• Offer valid for new birthday registrations only
• The printed voucher and proof of birth date (Emirates ID or Passport) must be presented upon redemption for both your free admission to Aquaventure Waterpark and your discounted Aquaventure Annual Pass. Photocopies, pictures and/or scans of Emirates ID cards and/or Passports or any other form of age identification will not be accepted
• You can redeem your birthday voucher on your special day or six days before/after your birthday
• The Aquaventure Birthday registration must be completed before your registered birthday date. If you register after your birthday date, you will receive the complimentary admission for the following year

Dive Discovery

• Dive Discovery takes place in the Ambassador Lagoon at The Lost Chambers Aquarium
• Participants of the experience must arrive at The Lost Chambers Aquarium entrance at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”
• Our maximum group size is 4 participants
• Participants must complete a medical history questionnaire and an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water
• Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet
• Wetsuits are required and will be provided
• Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English
• The minimum age requirement for participation in the Dive Discovery experience is 10 years old
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to Dive staff in advance
• Please note the following items of equipment are not permitted: dive knives, spearguns, and flashlights
• After experiencing Dive Discovery, a 12-hour minimum interval is required before any high-altitude excursion (300 metres or more), such as The Dubai Balloon, flying, a helicopter ride, a visit to the top of Burj Khalifa or Sky Diving
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience
• Not suitable for any guests who are claustrophobic, have a fear of confined spaces or fear of being surrounded by marine life
• We offer a 50% discount for People of Determination and their caregiver. The ability to participate in the Dive Discovery experience is subject to the completion of the medical questionnaire
• Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience

Ultimate Snorkel

• Ultimate Snorkel takes place in the Ambassador Lagoon at The Lost Chambers Aquarium
