Booking Amendment Policy
All bookings from 6 January 2021 – 26 March 2021 may be re-booked for a future stay at the same rate until 25th December 2021. This is subject to availability in the same room or suite category at the same rate and at same contractual terms booked. A rate difference would be applicable for all re-bookings overlapping the following travel periods:
27 March 2021 - 17 April 2021
22 October 2021 - 29 October 2021
Signature Suites are non-refundable.

Calendar Pricing - Pricing displayed on the calendar is based on a one night stay. Prices may differ for longer stays.

Low Season : Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs. (DXB time) will be charged 100% of total booking.
02 January 2021 - 26 March 2021
Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival at 15.00hrs. (DXB time) will be charged 100% of total booking.
27 March 2021 - 30 September 2021

High Season : Bookings cancelled between 21 - 8 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs (DXB time) will be charged 50% of the total booking. Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs (DXB time) will be charged 100% of the total booking.

01 October 2021 – 25 December 2021
02 January 2022 – 30 April 2022

Advance Purchase Rates: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-changeable and non-refundable.

2021 New Year’s Period:
26 December 2021 and 1 January 2022
Compulsory supplement to be applied on the night of 31 December
Festive Season: Within 42 days of arrival at 15:00 hrs (DXB time), 100% charge of booking.

No Show: 100% of the total booking will be charged in all seasons.
Early Departure: 100% of the total period booked will be charged in all seasons.

COVID-19 Related Offers

All guests have the option to choose one of the following COVID-19 related offers:
- Claim back the Cost their COVID-19 departure PCR test as Atlantis Resort Credit, up to the value of 1400 AED (for two people), staying 5+ nights.
- Avail hassle-free on-site Covid-19 Testing before departing Dubai (should their home country mandate this), available on complimentary basis for all guests staying 5+ nights.
