- Services and Products: The package includes specific services and products as mentioned in the package description. Upon mutual agreement, the clinic reserves the right to modify or substitute any service or product with an equivalent or better option, if necessary.
- Consultation: Prior to availing any treatments included in the package, it is mandatory to undergo a consultation with a doctor to assess your suitability for the procedures or treatments. The consultation may include a discussion of your medical history, any existing conditions, and potential risks or side effects.
- Appointment Scheduling: All services included in the package must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment: The total cost of the package will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or products not included in the package. Packages are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for credit. Packages cannot be put towards any other ongoing promotions at the clinic.
- Validity and Expiry: All services and products must be availed within the stay dates of the room booking, after which the package and its inclusions will expire. Expired packages may not be refunded or extended.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule any appointment included in the package, a 48-hour notice period is required. For any change in your Aeon Clinic treatment, please email info@theaeonclinic.com. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that particular service or appointment without any refund.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will follow the standard cancellation policy of Atlantis The Royal. In the case of a medical contraindication, the treatment will be replaced with another suitable treatment.
- Risks and Disclaimers: Aesthetic & wellness treatments and procedures may carry certain risks and potential side effects. It is essential to understand and acknowledge these risks before availing any services. The clinic or service provider will provide relevant information and obtain your informed consent before performing any procedures.
- Results and Expectations: Results from treatments can vary depending on individual factors, and no guarantees or warranties are provided regarding specific outcomes. The clinic will provide an honest assessment of what can be reasonably expected from the procedures included in the package.
- Compliance with Regulations: The clinic will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing services and products included in the package.
