Rooms, Suites and Signature Penthouses

• All room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Dubai Municipality Fee and 5% Value Added Tax is applicable.
• A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is applicable and will be collected upon check-out.
• Incidental Deposit Policy: Upon check-in, a AED 2000 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit per day is required for incidentals, in addition to the room charges.
• Offer is subject to availability.
• Offer valid via Atlantis The Royal website, mobile site and Atlantis Reservations Office.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Rooms, special rates and special requests are all subject to availability.
• All hotel guests will be required to provide a valid form of physical identification (Passport or UAE Emirates ID) upon check-in.
• All Signature Penthouses have a 100% deposit policy at the time of booking.
• In case of cancellation for Signature Penthouses, deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Smoking is prohibited in all Rooms, Suites and Signature Penthouses. A fee of up to AED 2,000 will be charged for smoking inside these areas.

• Signature Penthouses: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Calendar Pricing: Pricing displayed on the calendar is based on a one night stay. Prices may differ for longer stays.
