Christophe Devoille

Born in Strasbourg, Christophe Devoille discovered his passion for pastry at 15. His career has since taken him around the world, honing his craft in prestigious kitchens. Today, he leads the pastry team at Atlantis The Royal and has been named Caterer Middle East’s Hotel Pastry Chef of the Year and twice Gault&Millau UAE Pastry Chef of the Year. His creations combine exceptional ingredients, artistry and imagination, from timeless classics to bespoke masterpieces.
