The celebrations began on the beach with CARBONE ON THE BEACH, a high-energy after-party headlined by a live performance from Rick Ross. Set against the shoreline, it established the mood from the start; bold and unmistakably Carbone.
The momentum rolled into the next night, marked by a glamorous red carpet entrance to the restaurant’s opening party. With Naomi Campbell on the decks, the space stayed charged with music, movement, and an exclusive crowd. Driven by pure energy and the unmistakable presence in the room, it became one of the city’s most iconic nights of the year.
The following day unfolded at Cloud 22, where guests including Winnie Harlow gathered for the unveiling of the new Dolce&Gabbana Carretto Siciliano print. In collaboration with Ounass, the skypool was transformed into a vibrant showcase of Sicilian artistry, marking the latest chapter in the Carbone Dubai debut.
