Airline schedule changes and Atlantis Dubai flexibility
All bookings from 8th November to 25th December 2020 that are affected by changes in airline schedules will benefit from maximum flexibility so that we can accommodate your needs. This includes early arrival and late check out at no extra charge. If an extra night stay is required due to flight changes, we will offer a 50% discount on the current room rate.

Booking amendment policy
All bookings from 08 November 2020 to 01 May 2021 (made prior 8 November 2020) may be rebooked at the same rate for a future stay until 25 December 2021. This is subject to availability in the same room or suite category at the same rate, as per the same contractual terms. Please note that a rate difference will be applicable for all re-bookings over the following travel periods:
26 December 2020 to 02 January 2021
27 March 2021 to 17 April 2021
22 October 2021 to 29 October 2021
Signature Suites are non-refundable.

Calendar Pricing - Pricing displayed on the calendar is based on a one night stay. Prices may differ for longer stays.

Low Season : Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs. (DXB time) will be charged 100% of total booking.

02 January 2021 - 26 March 2021
Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival at 15.00hrs. (DXB time) will be charged 100% of total booking.
19 December 2020 - 25 December 2020
27 March 2021 - 30 September 2021

High Season : Bookings cancelled between 21 - 8 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs (DXB time) will be charged 50% of the total booking. Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs (DXB time) will be charged 100% of the total booking.

01 October 2021 – 25 December 2021
02 January 2022 – 08 January 2022

Advance Purchase Rates: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-changeable and non-refundable.

2020 New Year’s Period:
26 December 2020 and 1 January 2021
Compulsory supplement to be applied on the night of 31 December
100% of the total booked period will be charged in advance, nonrefundable at least 21 days prior to arrival.

2021 New Year’s Period:
26 December 2021 and 1 January 2022
Compulsory supplement to be applied on the night of 31 December
100% of the total booked period will be charged in advance, nonrefundable at least 42 days prior to arrival.

No Show: 100% of the total booking will be charged in all seasons.
Early Departure: 100% of the total period booked will be charged in all seasons.

Aquaventure Waterpark tickets and The Lost Chambers Aquarium admission are 100% non-refundable and should not be resold
