Atlantis Dubai’s Dining Rewards Programme

Programme Rules

Dining Discount

  • Discount is applicable for up to 4 persons including the member. Max up to 8 people at a single table if there is more than one member of the Circle present.
  • Discount and spend accumulation can only be applied by presenting your unique QR code on the Atlantis Circle mobile app to your server at the time of dining, if the QR code is not presented. while dining, guest will not be able to obtain the discount or the spend post the dining visit.
  • Blue members are entitled to 15% off food and beverage, while Silver members are entitled to 20% off, Gold members are entitled to 25% off and Black members are entitled to 30% off.
  • Discounts and spend accumulation are not applicable on tobacco, shisha, Ossiano wave tasting and wine menu, promotional menu items such as happy hours and ladies days, brunches, mini bar and in room dining while staying at Atlantis Dubai.
  • In-house guests charging their dining bill to their room must first scan their QR code at the time of dining to receive their discount and then charge to their room.
  • Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher outside of The Atlantis Circle programme.
  • For bookings in our private dining rooms and WHITE Beach, the minimum spend amount is the amount required after the discount is applied.
  • Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on any pool & beach entrance or cabanas at Atlantis Dubai.
  • Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on surfing, bowling and the arcade in Wavehouse.
  • Blackout dates apply at times throughout the year, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter weekend, Eid Al Fitr & Al Adha weekends, Halloween weekend, 24th, 25th and 31st of December.
  • Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on 3rd party such as Booba, Cold-Stone, Starbucks, Turkish ice cream stands etc..
  • Tier discount is not applicable and spend is not accumulated for special events or non-F&B spend at Atlantis Dubai such as hotel stays or Aquaventure related spend.
  • Discount and spend accumulation are not available on private and corporate events, weddings or group activities.
  • Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on Iftar and Suhoor at The Asateer Tent.

Mobile App

  • To enjoy the benefits of The Atlantis Circle, guests must download The Atlantis Circle mobile application, available on the Apple App store and Google Play store and sign up as a member.
  • The Atlantis Circle mobile application is compatible with iOS version 12.4 and above and Android version 8.0 and above.
  • Members must be connected to WiFi or have a working internet connection to use the functions of The Atlantis Circle mobile application.
  • Screenshots of the mobile app QR code will not be accepted when presenting to the server for the discount to be applied.

Tiers and Spend

  • All members who sign up to The Atlantis Circle programme through the mobile app will commence as Blue members and start with 0 AED spend accumulated.
  • The ‘Spend’ progress bar on the homepage of the mobile app shows members spend in their membership year and their percentage standing to reach the next tier.
  • Members who reach a spend of 12,000 AED within a 12 month period will be upgraded to Silver tier status, members who spend 25,000 AED within a 12 month period will be upgraded to Gold tier status and members who spend 40,000 AED within a 12 month period will be upgraded to Black tier status.
  • For any missing spend please email theatlantiscircle@atlantisdubai.com within 30 days of dining with a copy of the relevant dining receipt with the Atlantis Circle discount applied.
  • If tier spends of 12,000 AED for Silver, 25,000 AED for Gold and 40,000 AED for Black are not maintained in 12 months of reaching the tier then the account will be downgraded to relevant tier spend level upon account review at the end of the tier period.

Membership Account

  • Membership is currently restricted to UAE residents only.
  • Only one account can be logged in at any given time.
  • Deleting the mobile application or changing phone will result in the member being logged out.
  • Members can log back into the mobile application by using their registered email address and PIN they have set.
