Enrolment will start in January 2020 by downloading the Altantis Dubai mobile app and following the on screen instructions to sign up. You can pre-register today by filing in The Atlantis Circle Pre-registration form and be one of our first members.

What is the difference between a reward voucher and an offer voucher?

Reward vouchers are earned based on your experiences in Atlantis Dubai whilst offer vouchers are available to all members and encompass all the current offerings we have in one easy to navigate space.

Can I use a reward or offer voucher and discount at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes you may use your tier discount for food and beverage along with 1 reward per table unless otherwise specified on the terms and conditions of the voucher on The Atlantis Circle mobile app.

How do I redeem my discount or a voucher using The Atlantis Circle mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Simply inform your restaurant server of the discount or voucher you will be using and when ordering the bill your restaurant server will request to scan the QR code that each voucher and your discount has inside your mobile app.
