Effective Date: 14 October 2025. The following supersedes all prior Terms & Conditions. By participating or continuing to participate after the effective date, you agree to the following:
These Atlantis Circle Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") apply to your access or use of the Atlantis Circle mobile site and applications (collectively, the "Atlantis Circle App and the content, features and services for dining rewards programme (the "Services") made available and operated by Atlantis The Palm Limited and The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences FZCO or its affiliated entities (together "Atlantis"). By accessing or using the Services or by clicking "accept" or "agree" to this Agreement, (1) you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and (2) you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Services and you are a resident of the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").
Definitions
In this Agreement the terms below have the following meaning:1. "AtlantisCircle", "Atlantis Circle Programme" "Atlantis Circle rewards programme" refers to the dining rewards and discounts programme at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal operated by Atlantis.
2. "Atlantis Circle App" "mobile app" "app" "Atlantis Circle mobile app" refers to the mobile application to access the Services of the Atlantis Circle.
3. "AtlantisCircle members" and/or "you" and/or "members" refers to persons who have signed up to Atlantis Circle using Atlantis Circle mobile App and have used or are currently using the mobile App for discounts or rewards.
4. "SpendThreshold" refers to predefined levels of spend that must be achieved by using the app in order to receive Reward Vouchers and higher tier status.
5. "AccumulatedSpend" is the spend you accumulate in the App from dining in Participating Restaurants. Accumulated spend will only show on the App if the App is used at the time of bill settlement for discounts, Reward or Offer Vouchers or both.
6. "Enrollment Date" is the date an individual is registered as a member of the Atlantis Circle.
7. "Participating Restaurants" refers to those restaurants and outlets taking part in the Atlantis Circle programme.
8. "Receipts" refers to the transactional section of the App where basic previous billing history is available.
9. "My Spend" Refers to the progress bar on the main app dashboard that shows your yearly spend.
10."Tier" means the membership level that the member is currently on which also represents how much discount that member will receive when dining in participating restaurants.
General
1. Atlantis reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, discount or Reward Vouchers pertaining to AtlantisCircle at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Reward Vouchers already accumulated. Atlantis may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, Participating Restaurants within the Atlantis Circle, rules for earning Reward Vouchers, redeeming Reward Vouchers or discounts, rules and procedures for the use of Reward Vouchers or discounts, continued availability of Offer Rewards or Reward Vouchers, Reward types, and the features of special offers.2. Members use of the Atlantis Circle after any changes to programme rules or terms &conditions will be deemed to be accepted by the member on each use. It is the member's responsibility alone to remain knowledgeable of the Terms & Conditions available on the Altantis Circle App and AtlantisDubai.com/theatlantiscircle.
3. The Atlantis Circle App may be interrupted for a short period of time during routine maintenance or unexpected failures. All information and services are provided as-is without any warranty of any kind.
4. Atlantis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to any user of the Atlantis Circle App wholly or partially without any justification and with no liability of whatsoever nature.
5. AtlantisCircle has no predetermined termination date until such time Atlantis decides to terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice. Atlantis accepts no responsibility or liability for the withdrawal of a participating restaurant, even though such withdrawal may affect the use of a Reward Voucher.
6. The Atlantis Circle members have the right to terminate their membership and discontinue using the Atlantis Circle App and its benefits at any time. Members can do this by contacting customer care. Should a member terminate their membership, the member will forfeit any accumulated spend, Reward Vouchers or Tier status.
7. Spend accumulated on the Atlantis Circle has no monetary value, neither do Reward Vouchers or Offer Vouchers. Spend accumulated or Reward Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be sold, assigned to others or used in any way other than what it states on the Atlantis Circle App.
8. Any fraudulent activity or willful misconduct will result in the disqualification of the member from further participation in the Altantis Circle Programme, cancellation of any accumulated spend, Reward Vouchers and Tier status. Atlantis will seek compensation for any discount or Reward Vouchers used as a result of such fraudulent activity. Failure to pay any bills or accounts due to Atlantis may result in termination of the member's account.
9. The Atlantis Circle App is controlled and offered by Atlantis from its offices in the UAE. Atlantis makes no representations or warranties that the App is appropriate for use in other locations. Members who access the App from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
10. The Atlantis Circle endeavours to advise members on matters of interest, including notifying them of changes to the programme and benefits however Atlantis accepts no liability for correspondence lost or delayed in App or through electronic mail.
Atlantis Circle Members
1. Only individuals over 12 years of age who are UAE residents and have a valid UAE mobile number may enrol in Atlantis Circle and become Members (defined as individuals who have been accepted as Members). Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enrol in Atlantis Circle.2. Members redeeming any Reward or Offer Vouchers containing alcoholic beverages must be 21 years or older.
3. Members can update their personal information relating to the mobile number, email, age, gender, names by emailing customer care. It is the member's responsibility to update this information in order to receive up to date communication from the Altantis Circle.
4. Members must not maintain membership in or earn Rewards on multiple accounts.
5. Membership is non-transferable, neither are Tiers, Accumulated Spend, discount and Reward Vouchers. Once issued, membership and/or the benefits are not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the membership. If a person other than the individual named on the documentation attempts to redeem the Reward Voucher, the Reward will be deemed void and will be denied at Participating Restaurants.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that no person obtains unauthorized access to the member's App. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, Atlantis shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, Accumulated Spend, redemption of Reward Voucher, or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event shall Atlantis be responsible for reimbursing Member for any Accumulated Spend redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorized access. If Member becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized redemption of Member's Rewards, Member must report the fraudulent activity to Atlantis in writing, within 30days of it occurring and provide all further requested information and cooperation to Atlantis to be eligible for reinstatement of lost Accumulated Spend or Reward Vouchers, which reinstatement may be awarded in Atlantis's sole discretion.
7. Members may be required to present their Valid Emirates ID upon request. If a member fails to provide sufficient proof of their residency or identity upon request, Atlantis reserves the right to refuse any programme related services.
8. Current employees of Atlantis, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and the employees or owners of hotels within the Kerzner Portfolio (collectively, "Employees") are eligible to participate in the Atlantis Circle asset forth herein but may not use their employee benefits or discounts in conjunction with Atlantis Circle.
9. Atlantis reserves the right to suspend or discontinue membership, including any Tier status for any Member who appears to be using the Atlantis Circle in an inconsistent manner, including, but not limited to, redemption or Reward Voucher use. Atlantis also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who Atlantis believes, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in its sole discretion, has:
- acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable local or federal laws, regulations or ordinances,
- breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions,
- engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the account, including without limitation, involving Reward redemption or Reward Voucher use, or other Member benefits,
- engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct, whether it be physical, verbal or written in nature, towards any Participating Restaurant, their guests or employees, or towards Atlantis or any of its employees or contractors, or
- failed to pay any bills or accounts due to Atlantis or any Participating Restaurant.
Registration and Logging out/in
- Members must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the App through the registration process.
- During the registration process, the member will receive an SMS with an OTP (One time password) which is in 6-digit format. The member will need to retrieve this 6-digit password and enter it into the Altantis Circle App in order to validate their mobile number.
- Member will be required to set a PIN at the point of registration for future account log-ins.
- Once members have logged in they will be logged in indefinitely until such time they delete the App or if they are logged out as part of regular security features, but this does not terminate their membership.
- To log back in after deleting the application or to log into a new device, a member must use the same email address and PIN that they previously set.
Dining Discount
- Discount and spend accumulation are applicable for up to 8 people including the member at a single transaction.
- Discount and spend accumulation can only be applied by presenting your unique QR code on the Atlantis Circle mobile app to your server at the time of dining, if the QR code is not presented while dining, guest will not be able to obtain the discount or the spend post the dining visit.
- The member should ensure that the cheque reflects their membership number before completing the transaction. If the membership number has not been added, the spend will not automatically be logged and the spend cannot be logged manually after a visit.
- Spend can only be logged manually after a visit, if the member has a copy of the cheque, the membership number is applied, and the spend is not reflecting in the members transactions. The transaction should also have been within the last 7 days. Should these conditions be met, please email theatlantiscircle@atlantisdubai.com within 7 days of dining with a copy of the relevant dining cheque with the Atlantis Circle discount and membership applied.
- Blue members are entitled to 15% off food and beverage, while Silver members are entitled to 20% off, Gold members are entitled to 25% off and Black members are entitled to 30% off.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on tobacco, shisha, mini bar food items, and in-room-dining charges.
- Discount is not applicable on set menus such as Ossiano Wave Tasting and Wine Pairing menu.
- Discount is not applicable on promotional menu items including but not limited to Happy Hour, Ladies Day, Nobu Lunch, Hakkasan Signature menus, Saffron Brunch, Bread Street Kitchen Wellington Wednesday, Bread Street Kitchen Sunday Roast, Street Pizza Bottomless Pizza, En Fuego Eat All-You-Can-Eat-Tacos, Viva Las Chicas, Latino Live, Fiesta Mexicana, La Familia Sundays, La Mar The Journey Tasting Menu, La Mar Around The World, La Mar Noche Criolla, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Sunday Roast, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen Taste of Persia menu, Milos Business Lunch, Cloud 22 Moonlight Sessions. Anything outside the usual a la carte offerings served in the restaurant doesn't qualify for cost reductions.
- In-house guests charging their dining bill to their room must first scan their QR code at the time of dining to receive their discount and then charge to their room.
- Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher outside of The Atlantis Circle programme.
- For bookings in our Private Dining Rooms and at Casablanca Beach Club, the minimum spend requirement refers to the net amount payable after the applicable discount has been applied.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on any pool & beach entrance or cabanas at Atlantis Dubai.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on surfing, bowling and the arcade in Wavehouse.
- Blackout dates apply at times throughout the year, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter weekend, Eid Al Fitr & Al Adha weekends, Halloween weekend, UAE National Day, 24th of December, 25th of December 31st of December and 1st of January.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on New Years Eve packages, as well as other packages and events offered throughout the year. Spend is only available when the member QR code is scanned and applied to a bill on the Point of Sale. All other restrictions still apply.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on 3rd party such as Booba, Cold-Stone, Starbucks, Turkish ice cream stands etc..
- Discount is not applicable and spend is not accumulated for special events or non-F&B spend at Atlantis Dubai such as hotel stays or Aquaventure related spend.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not available on private and corporate events, weddings or group activities.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on Iftar at Asateer Tent.
- Discount and spend is not applicable on special or seasonal dining items such as the Festive Turkey Takeaway offering.
Exclusive Summer Boost Offer
- The Exclusive Summer Boost Offer is valid for both existing and newly enrolled members of The Atlantis Circle programme.
- During the summer campaign period, members will receive an additional 5% discount on top of their standard tier benefit.
- The Summer Boost discount will apply as follows: Blue members receive 20%, Silver members receive 25%, Gold members receive 30%, and Black members receive 35%.
- Once the summer campaign ends, all member discounts will revert to their standard tier benefit.
- Tier discounts and spend accumulation apply to a maximum of eight (8) guests per transaction, inclusive of the member.
- Discounts and spend accumulation are applicable only when the member’s unique QR code is presented via the Atlantis Circle mobile app to the server at the time of dining.
- Failure to present the QR code during the visit will render the transaction ineligible for discounts and spend accumulation, and benefits cannot be applied retroactively.
- The offer is not applicable to private or corporate events, weddings, group bookings, group activities, set menus, or prepaid bookings and transactions.
- In-house guests charging their dining bill to their room must first scan their QR code at the time of dining to receive their discount and then charge to their room.
- Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher outside of The Atlantis Circle programme.
Double Spend Offer
- The Double Spend Offer is valid for both existing and newly enrolled members of The Atlantis Circle programme.
- During the campaign period, qualifying dining spend will be counted at twice the usual value toward the member’s tier qualification spend.
- The Double Spend Offer is designed to help members accelerate their progress toward the next membership tier.
- Once the campaign ends, qualifying dining spend will revert to being counted at its standard value.
- Tier discounts and spend accumulation apply to a maximum of eight (8) guests per transaction, inclusive of the member.
- Discounts and spend accumulation are applicable only when the member’s unique QR code is presented via the Atlantis Circle mobile app to the server at the time of dining.
- Failure to present the QR code during the visit will render the transaction ineligible for discounts and spend accumulation, and benefits cannot be applied retroactively.
- Spend accumulation is not applicable to private or corporate events, weddings, group bookings, group activities, prepaid bookings, or prepaid transactions.
Mobile App
- To enjoy the benefits of The Atlantis Circle, guests must download The Atlantis Circle mobile application, available on the Apple App store and Google Play store and sign up as a member.
- The Atlantis Circle mobile application is compatible with iOS version 12.4 and above and Android version 8.0 and above.
- Members must be connected to WiFi or have a working internet connection to use the functions of The Atlantis Circle mobile application.
- Screenshots of the mobile app QR code will not be accepted when presenting to the server for the discount to be applied.
Tiers and Spend
- All members who sign up to The Atlantis Circle programme through the mobile app will commence as Blue Tier members and start with 0 spend.
- The ‘Spend’ progress bar on the homepage of the mobile app shows members spend and a visual estimation of how much is required to reach the next tier.
- The transactions page within the profile page of the mobile app shows a more detailed view of the tier and spend status.
- The transaction page shows total spend, spend expiring at the end of the month as well as a month-by-month summary of all transactions for a total of 16 months. This is split into the 12 + 1 months making up the total spend, as well as a further 3 months of expired spend for your records.
- Total Spend:
Your spend is the sum of the current month to date plus the 12 months prior to that (making up a maximum of 13 months depending on the current day of the month)
e.g. If today is 20 Nov 2024, then my spend will show the total from 1 Nov 2023 until 20 Nov 2024. - Tier Upgrades:
Members who earn enough spend to exceed a tier threshold, will be upgraded to the next tier.
Members will be locked into that tier for the remainder of the current month and an additional 12 months.
e.g. If a member earns 10,000 worth of spend on the 20th of November 2024, they will achieve the Silver tier. They will then have that tier status until the end of November 2025.
This is done to ensure you have at least 12 months of the tier benefits (and up to a maximum of 13 months). You are still able to collect spend and earn higher tiers, where your locked in status will be extended based on when you crossed the next tier threshold. - Tier Downgrades:
Once your locked in period has ended, your tier status will be reviewed monthly.
At the end of every month if:
1. You have enough spend to maintain the minimum tier threshold, then you will have the same tier for another month
2. You do not have enough spend to maintain the minimum threshold, then you will be downgraded from the next month
After the review, the 13th month will be removed, and the new upcoming month will be unlocked for earning. - Tier Thresholds:
Blue - Default/No threshold
Silver - 10,000
Gold - 25,000
Black - 40,000 - Vouchers and offers based on tier are only applicable while you are still within that tier and have the vouchers and offers available.

- All tier downgrades and spend expiry per the normal rules above are on hold until further notice as a promotional offering. This is subject to change at the discretion of the business.

- Unused or unredeemed complimentary stay benefits cannot be carried over to the next membership year.
- To continue enjoying the complimentary one-night stay benefit as part of your Black Tier membership, members must accumulate a minimum qualifying spend of AED 80,000 within their membership year. Failure to meet this spend threshold will result in the complimentary stay benefit not being renewed for the following cycle, even if other Black Tier criteria are met.

Casablanca Beach Club Access Vouchers – Terms & Conditions:
- A minimum spend of AED 250 per person on food and beverage is required to redeem this access voucher. The minimum spend is calculated after the applicable tier discount has been applied.
- This access voucher benefit is exclusively available to Blue, Silver, Gold, and Black members only (age 21 years and above).
- This access voucher is valid exclusively at Casablanca Beach Club from 20 October until 31 December 2025.
- This access voucher entitles the member for up to two (2) complimentary standard sun loungers per visit, for a total of 4 visits.
- This access voucher must be presented via the unique QR code within The Atlantis Circle mobile app at the time of visit.
- This access voucher is not valid for use with any type of cabana.
- This access voucher is not valid for private events, corporate bookings, or group functions.
- This access voucher is not applicable to pre-paid bookings or transactions.
- This access voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer outside of The Atlantis Circle programme.

In this case there will be no discount applicable, but the membership will be applied to the cheque to log the spend on your profile. |
Restaurant Blackout Dates:
During blackout dates, spend may be accumulated however discount tiers, birthday vouchers, pool & beach access vouchers and other offers will not be applicable.

- All UAE public holidays are considered as restaurant blackout dates. This includes but is not limited to: New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Arafat Day, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Islamic New Year, Prophet’s Birthday, UAE National Day.
- Special celebrations are also considered blackout dates, including 14 February, Easter Weekend (Friday to Sunday), 24, 25, 31 December.
- Blackout days are subject to change and at the discretion of the business.
- Spend may not be accumulated in all blackout events, please see Dining Discount section for more information.
- To ensure spend accumulation, all F&B transactions at Atlantis Dubai must reflect the Atlantis Circle tier discount.
- F&B transactions that reflects the 30% ATR Resident discount will not be eligible for manual spend credits.
