- Restaurants are operating at capacity reductions in compliance with local mandates.
- Guests can utilise the mobile room key service via the Atlantis mobile app.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols and Housekeeping Service
- We continue to maintain a high frequency of cleaning and disinfection across public spaces, with a focus on high traffic areas including restrooms, handrails and elevators.
- All Atlantis colleagues are provided with PPE in compliance with local mandates. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas.
- All guests are provided with a welcome kit upon check in, containing protective and sanitising products for use throughout your stay. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
