What is the starting price for a room package?

For international guests, a two-night package starts from AED 5,920 per room (excluding taxes) – based on a minimum of two people sharing, staying a minimum of two nights. Guests must also book a mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner with bronze packages starting from AED1,250 per person. Packages include premium house beverages and two glasses of champagne. Do I need to stay two nights?

For all guests, the room package requires a two-night minimum length of stay. At least one of these nights must include 31st December.

Do I have the option of not having dinner as part of the room package?

I’m afraid that the NYE dinner is mandatory as part of all stays at Atlantis, The Palm over NYE.

Does my stay include entry into The Lost Chambers Aquarium and Atlantis Aquaventure?

Yes. All stays at Atlantis, The Palm across all room categories include daily complimentary access to Atlantis Aquaventure per each night’s stay (from 10am – sunset) and unlimited access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium (10am – 9pm). There is no need to book these experiences in advance.

Can I upgrade my existing room booking to see the concert?

You can upgrade to one of our Palm View Rooms to view the concert. Do you have any VIP packages?

Yes. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the New Year’s Eve Booking Centre located at X Bar where you can find out more about our VIP packages and upgrades.

If I’m in an Ocean View Room and want to watch the concert, can I pay the supplement for 31 Dec 2020 only, without upgrading to a Palm View Room for the full stay?

You will have to upgrade to a Palm View room for the full stay. Alternatively, you can upgrade your dining experience instead to KISS dining where you can enjoy international sharing dishes followed by the KISS Main Concert Event.

What is the resort's cancellation/amendment policy over the festive and NYE period?

We understand that a lot of uncertainty still remains surrounding travel and we continue to be committed to ensuring our guests affected by COVID-19 have flexibility in their travel options. Therefore, we have reviewed our amendment and cancellation policy to provide our guests with the most flexibility we can during these challenging times.

Booking amendment policy
All bookings from 21st December 2020 to 1st January 2021, made prior to 21 December 2020 may be re-booked for a future stay, based on the current available promotional rates. All re-bookings made before 31st January 2021 will be eligible for a FREE Upgrade to the next available Room or Suite Type (within the same category), confirmed at the time of re-booking.

Booking cancellation policy
From 21st December 2020 to 1st January 2021 a 14-day cancellation policy is applicable. In the event, that a government imposed COVID-19 related travel warning restricts the guest in travelling from their home country to Atlantis ,The Palm, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid No-show charges will apply.

From 2nd January 2021 to 26th March 2021 a 24-hours cancellation policy will be applicable.
From 27th March 2021 to 30th September 2021 a 7-days cancellation policy will be applicable..
