The clinic and team are working closely with the Dubai Health Authority to follow their respective protocols. They are also prepared and equipped to deal with any situation pertaining to a suspected or confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19) case.

Additional measures include staff briefings to reinforce the rules and practices of good personal hygiene, provision of medical masks and gloves for staff in housekeeping and for public areas, where applicable, as well as hand sanitisers that are placed at guest contact areas such as hotel lobbies. We have increased our cleaner staffing levels and have 20 colleagues that are exclusively sanitising areas with special attention placed on public contact points such as elevator buttons, reception counters, the spa and fitness areas, Kid’s Club and conference/meeting rooms.
