Booking Deposit Policy: A deposit is not required as long as a valid credit card is provided. For advance purchase offers, full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Terms and conditions may apply depending on date of arrival and special promotions.

Incidental Deposit Policy: Upon check-in, a AED 500 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit per day is required for incidentals, in addition to the room charges.

Calendar Pricing - Pricing displayed on the calendar is based on a one night stay. Prices may differ for longer stays.

Shoulder Season:
Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival at 15.00hrs. (DXB time) will be charged 100% of total booking.

Festive Season: Within 42 days of arrival at 15:00 hrs (DXB time), 100% charge of booking.

No Show: 100% of the total booking will be charged in all seasons.
Early Departure: 100% of the total period booked will be charged in all seasons.

Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium

Aquaventure Waterpark tickets and The Lost Chambers Aquarium admission are 100% non-refundable and should not be resold.

Dolphin and Sea Lion Experiences at Atlas Village

Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time.
100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience.
Rescheduling request is subject to availability.
No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience.
