Management trainees spend time in one area of specialisation of their choice where they are placed into a variety of roles, responsibilities and experiences to develop and enhance their career. Many of our management trainees have been promoted to become leaders at Atlantis Dubai.

Our innovative Emiratisation programme is called Imtiyaz, which means ‘Unique’.

With hospitality forming an integral part of the UAE culture, Emiratis are extraordinary brand ambassadors for our guests, delivering authentic experiences that are distinct to this region. Atlantis is committed to hiring talented UAE Nationals and transforming them into the business leaders of tomorrow. We hire Emiratis and place them in a comprehensive trainee programme or directly into a role. Our programme is designed to develop your management skills to ensure that those who successfully complete the 12-month training programme assume a permanent position within an Atlantis resort.
