Terms and Conditions

1. $250 air credit requires a 4 night minimum stay. Airfare credits are valid one per room and two bedroom suites are considered one room for the purposes of this promotion. Double occupancy required. Airfare must be booked for round-trip travel from US and Canada gateways only from 6/17/13 through 7/1/13 for travel 7/15/13 through 9/8/13. New bookings only. Air must be booked and paid at time of hotel booking through Atlantis.com reservations or via our toll-free telephone number. Cancellation of hotel will result in cancellation of all associated airline tickets and no refunds or credit for cancelled airfare will be provided. All passengers must be booked on the same passenger name record for the same flight and itinerary and cannot include stopovers. Any airline change fees or rate increases after ticketing on any tickets are the responsibility of the passengers. 2. Rate listed is per night, dbl occ. for Beach Tower Terrace. Weekend charges may apply. Must be booked by 7/1/13 for travel 6/7/13 – 8/17/13. New bookings only. 3. The Kids and Eat Free offer is valid for new bookings 6/17 – 7/1 for travel 6/24 – 8/17 and applies to children under 12 years (ie ages 11 and younger) for Royal Towers & The Cove Atlantis only. Children will receive breakfast and dinner on a complimentary basis, inclusive of the mandatory 15% gratuity on the value of food & beverages consumed. Children must dine with their parents and order from the kids menu at participating restaurants. This offer is valid at Seagrapes, Murray’s Delicatessen, Virgil’s BBQ, Marketplace, Casa D’Angelo, Chop Stix, Marina Pizzeria, Bimini Road, Carmine’s**, Atlas Bar & Grill, Bahamian Club, Seafire Steakhouse, Café Martinique and Mosaic. Also valid at Platos, Voyagers (Beach Tower), Coral Towers Lobby Lounge, Starbucks (at The Reef and Coral Towers) and The Pointe Restaurant & Bar. At Carmine’s, guests will enjoy lively family-style dining; a specific children’s credit will not be provided. Tea, milk, fountain sodas and juices, iced tea, lemonade and fruit punch are included for both breakfast and dinner. Sports drinks, bottled water and canned or bottled beverages are excluded. Free breakfast and dinner have no cash value and is non-transferable. No credits will be provided for unused components. To qualify for the Kids Eat Free offer, stays must begin and end within the valid travel period. Not applicable to groups, room service, at Mesa Grill or Nobu. A 2 night minimum stay is required.

4. In order to qualify for the Taste of Atlantis Pass components, your stay must begin and end within the validity period, i.e. 6/7/13 – 8/17/13. Must be booked 6/17/13 through 7/1/13. Includes One (1) Sushi & Sake Sampler Platter at Nobu, Two (2) Mesa Margaritas at Mesa Grill, One (1) Bruschetta Plate & two (2) glasses of Chianti at Casa D 'Angelo, Two (2) Martinis at Café Martinique, Two (2) draft beers and one (1) plate of "Trash Ribblets" at Virgil's. Components have no cash value, are non-transferable and are only valid for the registered guests booked on the Taste of Atlantis package. You must be 18 years or older and a 2 night minimum stay is required. Please check restaurant operating hours for availability as some establishments may not be open every day. Lost cards will not be replaced. Not applicable to groups. A maximum of one Taste of Atlantis Pass will be issued per room. Passes are nontransferable and expire upon check-out. No credits will be provided for unused components. Lost cards will not be replaced, only originals will be accepted. Taste of Atlantis inclusions are subject to availability, have no cash value, are for a maximum of one per person, and a maximum of 2 persons per room, per stay.

Savings on other room categories may vary by tower and travel dates. 2 night min. stay req'd. Add mandatory taxes, levies, fees, service charges and gratuities from $72 per night for Beach Tower, Coral Towers and Royal Towers. 10. Savings of up to 50% based on std rate at Coral 1 bedroom Regal Suite. Rate is per night, dbl occ. for Sun-Wed nights in std suite. Weekend charge applies.
