By accepting and using your Card you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Atlantis Gift Card can be used for purchases at participating locations within Atlantis, Paradise Island and One&Only Ocean Club owned retail outlets, restaurants, fitness centers, golf club and activities. If you are not a registered hotel guest and are planning to use the card at a restaurant, retail store, or other outlet, please confirm in advance that the Atlantis Gift Card is accepted.

Each time you use the Gift Card, the total amount of the transaction will be subtracted from the available balance on the Gift Card including taxes and other charges. If a transaction exceeds the remaining balance available on the Gift Card, you may supplement the purchase with any acceptable form of payment, subject to the policy of the merchant. Cards cannot be used towards guest room accommodations, fees, surcharges, gratuities or Casino play and also cannot be used at any non-Atlantis owned business. This card has no value until purchased, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is not redeemable for cash, transferable or reload able. Gift cards expire 12 months from date of purchase. We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

These Terms and Conditions are subject, in each case, to applicable laws and to modification from time to time.
