Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates listed are per night, dbl occ. for Beach Tower Terrace. Weekend charges apply. Must be booked by 4/15/13 for travel 4/8 – 6/19/13. New bookings only. Savings on other room categories may vary by tower and travel dates. 2 night min. stay req’d. Add mandatory taxes, levies, fees, service charges and gratuities from $78 per night. This offer is subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled at any time. Not combinable with any other offer not listed here. Not applicable to groups.

2. $300 air credit requires a 6 night minimum stay. $200 air credit requires a 4 night minimum stay. Airfare credits are valid one per room and two bedroom suites are considered one room for the purposes of this promotion. Double occupancy required. Airfare must be booked for round-trip travel from US and Canada gateways only from 3/31/13 through 4/15/13 for travel 4/8/13 through 11/3/13. New bookings only. Blackouts apply for travel 6/20/13 through 8/18/13. Air must be booked and paid at time of hotel booking through Atlantis.com reservations or via our toll-free telephone number. Cancellation of hotel will result in cancellation of all associated airline tickets and no refunds or credit for cancelled airfare will be provided. All passengers must be booked on the same passenger name record for the same flight and itinerary and cannot include stopovers. Any airline change fees or rate increases after ticketing on any tickets are the responsibility of the passengers. 3. The Atlantis Experience Pass is valid for stays that begin on or after 4/14/13 and end on or before 6/19/13. Book by 4/15/13. Atlantis Experience Pass components are valued at over $500 for new bookings only with a 2 night minimum stay. A printed guest voucher or other form of confirmation from your company will be required upon check-in in order for guests to receive their Atlantis Experience Pass which will be validated each time a component is redeemed. There will be no exceptions to the requirement for printed confirmation. Experience Pass Cards will outline components and provide redemption instructions. A maximum of one Experience Pass card will be issued per room and will not be replaced if lost or stolen; only originals will be accepted. Experience Passes are non-transferable, have no cash value and expire upon check-out. No credit will provided for unused components. The dolphin interaction must be scheduled through Dolphin Cay reservations upon arrival at the resort. It may not be scheduled in advance of arrival and is for one person per room. Golf is one round for one person with a maximum of one complimentary round per room per stay. Guests may book their golf tee time through Guest Services upon arrival at the resort; it may not be scheduled in advance of arrival. Not applicable for play prior to noon on Fridays and Saturdays. If needed, the cost of rental clubs will be additional. Golf blackout dates: 4/30/13, 5/19/13-5/26/13 & 6/12/2013. Guest will receive one Sushi and sake Mini Tasting at Nobu for two per stay and includes a 12” x 12” plate with 6 pieces of sushi and 2 shots of sake. Food and beverage components include tax and gratuities; advance reservations are not necessary. All Experience Pass components are subject to availability. The cost of package components is included with nightly room rates. For purposes of this offer, a 2 bedroom suite is considered one room (due to system limitations). Upon request, 2 Experience Passes will be granted for guests in 2 bedroom units.
