Once Upon Our Time

Crystal blues merge on the horizon
the ocean, the sky,
the past, present and future
arm in arm, we walk
through the newest moment
of an ancient ritual

This new day rises
and yesterday fades
like a sunset beyond the waves
our separate paths
entwine as one, and we embark
on a new world journey.
