The new world-class conference center facility features a new 50,000 sq ft. Imperial Ballroom – the largest in The Bahamas and Caribbean, with over 30,000 sq ft. of pre-function space. In addition to 30 break-out rooms, three boardrooms, a large staging area and a new banquet kitchen with additional pantries and facilities to accommodate up to 5,000 guests.

Two executive meeting rooms in The Cove Atlantis, approximately 900 sq. ft each featuring a foyer, bathroom and pantry area. Each room has a 50” plasma screen TV with built-in speakers, DVD player, ceiling speakers, drop-down projection screen and video teleconferencing capabilities. The rooms are located on the first floor on the eastern side of The Cove Tower, and will feature spectacular views of the waterscape and Cove Beach.

Tax Benefits

Hosting a meeting or group event in The Bahamas entitles a U.S. taxpayer, individual or corporation, to deduct the costs of hosting a meeting in The Bahamas. A new agreement with the Commonwealth of The Bahamas allows for the exchange of tax matter information between the United States and the Bahamas.
