Renowned Chef Todd English introduces his famed Olives restaurant to Atlantis, Paradise Island. Featuring his signature open kitchen and Mediterranean cuisine, Olives Atlantis provides a social and interactive dining experience for guests in the bustling Atlantis Casino. Olives Atlantis offers a warm, casual dining experience with a three-meal-a-day menu, featuring world-renowned chef Todd English’s signature interpretive Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a variety of coastal dishes, each prepared using high-quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients. Olives Atlantis features an expansive open kitchen where English’s team will be preparing dishes from a rotisserie grill where guests can enjoy made-to-order cuts of meat and grilled fish such as the fresh catch–of-the-day. The Raw Bar offers a large fresh seafood display with daily offerings of shellfish, clams and oysters, and a wood-burning oven showcasing English’s infamous thin-crust flatbread pizzas. Our one-of-a-kind Italian-made SuperNova pasta machine produces a selection of fresh, handmade pasta dishes daily that will entice and delight patrons. Guests can also sit and sip on Olives’ award-winning wines and delicious cocktails, as they take in the energy and excitement of the Atlantis Casino. The restaurant will also be opened until 3:00AM to satisfy late-night dining requests for those guests in the Casino or Atlantis’ adult nightclub, Aura.

Chef Todd English Todd English is a celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, entrepreneur, and television star based in Boston, Massachusetts and New York City. Chef and owner of Olives in Charlestown, Massachusetts since 1989, English has gone on to establish Olives as one of the most prestigious names in the nation by opening other locations around the world: Olives New York in the W Hotel in Union Square and Olives Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. A four-time James Beard Award winner and inductee into the James Beard Foundation's "Who's Who in Food and Beverage in America." Todd has authored the critically acclaimed cookbooks, The Olives Table, The Figs Table and The Olives Dessert Table, and his highly anticipated fourth cookbook, Cooking in Everyday English. He also hosts the Emmy-nominated PBS travel series Food Trip with Todd English
