Do I need to make Restaurant Reservations?
We strongly suggest that guests make restaurant reservation in advance before arriving on property.
Please call our dining reservation specialist toll free at 1-888-526-0386 within 90 days of travel or email them at PID-DinnerReservations@kerzner.comPlease note we require either a confirmed room reservation or a credit card to reserve dinner reservations.
In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, we require that guests cancel before 4pm on the day of the reservation by calling Restaurant Reservations at extension 29.
A $50 per person no show fee will be charged in the event that guests do not show up to their reservation. If the guests do not show up within the 15 minute grace period the $50 per person no show fee will be strictly enforced.
Is there a Dress Code for the restaurants?Most restaurants do not have specific dress codes, however guests are asked to wear cover-ups in public areas such as restaurants and hotel lobbies. Fine dining restaurants, bars and nightlife venues do not allow flip flops, shorts or hats.

What are the Restaurant Hours?With over 40 bars and restaurants there are so many different dining options to choose from!

Are there services for Birthdays and Special Affairs?Our pastry shop can create a variety of different cakes to suit every occasion. Please call a dining reservation specialist toll free at 1- 888 526 0386 for further information.
Do you take Special Dietary Requests?The Culinary Division offers our guests a number of dining options to cater to guests with special dietary needs, food allergies and dining restrictions. Our culinary team will arrange your meals to be prepared to your specifications. We ask guests who require special dietary accommodations to contact the Chef’s Office at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival with the full details of their needs. In addition, upon arrival, please contact a Culinary executive who will arrange the times and locations for your requested meals.

For guests requiring Halaal meat products, there are a several options that can be made available during their stay. Please note that these specialty food items require advanced notice as well as a lead time for purchase and delivery to the resort (up to seven working days). Guests requesting Halaal products from U.S will be responsible for the surcharges in shipping as well as customs duty charges. Vendor’s Halaal certification and origin of product is available for guest to review upon arrival.
- Kosher Meals
Many guests who require kosher meals choose the option of bringing their own food with them. This requires that all food products arrive on property in a condition satisfactory to our guests and in compliance with our health and hygiene policies. Please note: we do not accept products that are shipped through an external carrier. We will only accept food items directly from the guest or through our certified vendors. For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher meals, The Atlantis carries a limited number of frozen kosher meals that are suitable for all meal periods as well as lunchboxes and dessert options.
